It's a brand new hotel so everything is new and super clean. We paid RM200+ for a room with 2 double beds, which is quite small comparing to the price. The hotel has an elevator but we didn't get to use it as we were lucky enough to be given a room at the ground floor. I love that the hotel provides water filter machine with free 3 in 1 drinks at the common area. There's also an iron with ironing board at the common area. They also have an automatic shoe polishing machine! Location wise it is quite strategic. A lot of eateries at walking distance and there is also a big shopping mall nearby.

The only hotel I ever stay at when visiting Sungai Petani is an absolute gem! It’s incredibly affordable, immaculately maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. With KFC, Starbucks, and several restaurants within walking distance, a mall just three minutes away, and the town nearby, its location is simply unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an enjoyable and hassle-free stay!

The hotel was new, only open for a month, so everything was new and clean. There's a guard, (the receptionist told me that he took care of the parking lot), the room was spacious enough and worth the money. Its near the mall and there are a lot of shopping and eating areas so it's easier to get food and shop.

This hotel is very near to TOL (SP Utara) with a lot of eateries are nearby. The facilities are new and fully equipped with tea, coffee, mineral waters, tissue papers, toilet papers, toothbrush, soap, and shampoo in which some budget hotels did not provide.

Location is good. The room booked is very comfortable and spacious. Value for money. For family or people travelling in group it is very good and not crowded if this type of room is booked. Facility (air-cond), water heater etc are working perfectly.

Location - very near the highway and the town. Attentive, helpful and courteous staff. Free coffee and tea, and ironing facility near the reception. Plenty of parking spaces in front and various restaurants nearby. Clean reception, lift, in-room bathroom and pathways. Clean bedding and towels.

The room was clean and just nice for my family. Toilet also clean, like new. Location is easy to be found, surrounded by many restaurants...

It is a new hotel, so everything is new. They provided water dispenser with free coffee/tea on each floor. Ironing kit also provided.

The hyegine and comfortable place to accomodate. The location was near to Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim. Really enjoy the stay.

The location. Very near to PLUS highway Sungai Petani North. Also near to Amanjaya mall, starbucks and many others.
